Where It All Started
I studied in Turin, where I earned a double high school diploma: the Italian diploma and the French Baccalauréat, with a focus on foreign languages and economics. During those years, I studied English, French, and German.
Academic Growth and International Exposure
I then continued my studies in economics, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, followed by a Master’s degree in Business Administration, fully taught in English. This is where I truly strengthened my English skills. During my studies, I also had an Erasmus semester in Reims, France, which allowed me to further practice my French and experience student life abroad.
First Steps into the Professional World
My first professional experience was as an accounting assistant intern in Italy for six months. I quickly realized I wanted a more interactive and creative role. This led me to an internship in Marketing and Communication at Studocu in Amsterdam, which was also my first professional experience in the Netherlands.
International Career and the Parisian Experience
Motivated by the desire to build an international career, I moved to Paris to work for an international bank supporting business entrepreneurs. Living and working in Paris was a transformative experience. I learned French on a daily basis, both professionally and socially, and became fully immersed in a vibrant, fast-paced Parisian lifestyle. Working in a multinational environment exposed me to diverse perspectives and cultures.
After one and a half years, I joined Cheerz, where I worked as Team Lead for the Spain and Italy markets, and later transitioned into a CX Project Manager role, further strengthening my leadership and cross-market experience.
A New Role and Life in Eindhoven
Most recently, I joined Jouwweb as Italian Country Manager, a role where strategy, creativity, and problem-solving come together every day. My mission is to grow the Italian market, adapt an international product to local needs, and make things happen. It’s a role that perfectly combines my international background, business mindset, and love for working across cultures. I’m excited to keep learning, growing, and pushing boundaries, while enjoying the journey and seeing ideas turn into real impact.
